Mobile Scanning Lightning is not Displayed on the Lightning Page Tabs

Why do I not see Mobile Scanning Lightning on the Lightning Page Tabs?

Check the following:

  • Is My Domain set up?

  • Does the profile assigned to the user has access to Mobile Scan app?

  • Does the user have GFERP Import Permission Set?
