User Training

After you have completed the Solution Design phase of the implementation, you should have a Sandbox org configured for your company’s processes.  This is the time to begin training your users on how to enter master data and process business transactions.

We recommend that users start by reviewing the comprehensive training documents and videos that GoldFinch makes available to our customers. These documents and videos provide detailed instructions on how to do almost anything in GoldFinch.

The user training approach depends on your specific implementation plan. Often, a GoldFinch Implementer will train your Project Lead and/or Super User who will then train your other users. We call this the train-the-trainer approach. Alternatively, you may want to use a GoldFinch Implementer to train your users.
