5) Update Currency Codes

Overview

During the post-installation process, the USD currency code is created by default. If needed, you can rename it to reflect your local currency.

Updating Currency Codes

To add or modify currency codes:

1. Open the App Launcher and search for Currency Codes.

2. To add a new currency, click New. Alternatively, select an existing currency to edit it.

3. Note: Duplicate currency codes are not allowed.

• To activate multi-currency support, please refer to the Configure Multi-Currency guide.

• If you need to track multiple transactional currencies, we recommend enabling Salesforce's Multi-Currency feature. This feature allows you to use the Salesforce Dated Exchange Rates table to handle currency conversions automatically.
