Shipping Agent

Shipping Agents must be set up to define the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) that will be used when shipping an order to a customer.

For Package shipments, GoldFinch integrates with Zenkraft (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000DvLFvUAN ) using the same Force.com platform.
For LTL shipments, GoldFinch integrates with Keubix (https://www.kuebix.com/ ) using API.

You will also use the shipping agent to define how you would like a vendor to ship goods to you.

Field Label	Field Level Help
Salesforce User	The Salesforce User associated with the Shipping Agent. Can be used for assigning certain individuals to certain Agents.
SCAC	Enter the SCAC code of the carrier. This will print on the bill of lading document and will be used for outgoing 810 EDI documents.
