You can use QuickBooks Online to manage AR, AP, and GL while using GoldFinch to manage all other business processes including Sales, Purchases, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing.
GoldFinch QBO Integration includes the following mappings.
Vendors (only supplier vendors)
Sales Credit Memos
Purchase Credit Memos
If you use http://Bill.com to receive and process your vendor bills, you should turn off the GoldFinch QBO integration of Vendors, Purchase Invoices, and Purchase Credit Memos. After you receive a bill from http://Bill.com and before you pay it, you should manually create Purchase Invoices in GoldFinch to ensure you have received the right quantities of inventory and the cost on the bill is accurate.
Minimum QuickBooks Online Plus (online subscription)
GoldFinch QuickBooks Integration package (installed by a GoldFinch consultant)
New and edited records are managed in GoldFinch and synced to QuickBooks Online.
Syncing can be scheduled or triggered manually.
