Item Unit of Measure
Multiple units of measure can be set up for an item. This will give you the ability to sell, purchase, and produce items in different units of measure.

Do Not Plan | Checking this field will suppress this Item Unit of Measure from being displayed on the Item Availability Status page and Item Availability By Item By UOM By Month page. | |
Do Not Sell | Checking this field will not allow this Item Unit of Measure to be used on a Sales Order. | |
External ID | Used to enforce no duplicates by Item and Unit of Measure. | |
GTIN | GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) is used to identify items and units of measure. The GTIN can be used in GoldFinch to assist with data entry on Sales Orders and Transfer Orders. | |
Height | Enter the height of this Item Unit of Measure. | |
Import Item UOM | The Import Item UOM Record associated with the Item Unit of Measure. | |
Item | The Item associated with this Item Unit of Measure. | |
Length | Enter the length of this Item Unit of Measure. | |
Max Qty. | Enter the maximum inventory quantity for this Item Unit of Measure. This is currently for information only and not used in Supply Planning. | |
Pallet | The number of the Pallets that the Items were received on. | |
Qty. Allocated (SO) | The calculated total quantity of this Item Unit of Measure that is currently allocated on Sales Orders. | |
Qty. Allocated (TO) | The calculated total quantity of this Item Unit of Measure that is currently allocated on Transfer Orders. | |
Qty. Allocated (WO) | The calculated total quantity of this Item Unit of Measure that is currently allocated on Warehouse Orders. | |
Qty. Allocated Base | (Qty. Allocated (SO) + Qty. Allocated (TO) + Qty. Allocated (WO)) x Conversion | |
Qty. Available | Qty. on Hand – SO Qty. Allocated - TO Qty. Allocated | |
