Full License: $145 per user per month, 3 users minimum.
Limited License: 50% of the full user license, or $72.5 per user per month. Limited license can read all GoldFinch objects, but can only insert/modify up to 3 GoldFinch objects.
- Limited License is intended for executives who only run reports and dashboards, or Sales Reps who only need to update Sales Orders.
  - Updating Sales Order updates 2 GoldFinch objects, which are Sales Order, and Sales Line.
- You can update Limited Licenses to Full Licenses anytime. GoldFinch will send you an invoice with a prorated amount for the differences.
- GoldFinch will automatically check compliance. See Review User Adoptions.
Each Full or Limited License requires a separate Salesforce Enterprise or Platform license.
Support License: One GoldFinch Support License is required per org, $50 per month.
- Support License Does NOT require a separate Salesforce Enterprise or Platform license.
All licensing requires an annual agreement.
$4,800 per organization per year for the GoldFinch Accounting Package.
$2,400 per organization per year for the GoldFinch ERP and Accounting Seed Integration Package.
$2,400 per organization per year for the GoldFinch ERP and QuickBooks Online Integration Package.
$2,400 per organization per year for the GoldFinch ERP and Salesforce Field Service Lightning Integration Package.
