This function is used to import the ingredients associated with manufactured items or Kit BOM items.
Prepare Import Item Formulas Template
Populate the Import Item Formula Template with your Item Formula information to be imported. For Batch Manufactured Items, Qty. Per is for the default Batch Unit of Measure. For other items, Qty. Per is for the Base Unit of Measure. The mandatory fields to be populated to create a record are highlighted in red. There is sample data in the template for you to use as a guide.
Use this template without removing or moving any columns. The columns must be in this specific order in order for the import to be successful. Before you save the file, remove all rows before the column header row.
Save the file as a CSV.
