How Do I Customize and Run Reports?

Go to the App Launcher and search for Reports.

Click on the All Reports option to view all available reports. In the Search options, you can filter for keywords to search for a specific type of report.  

Use these reports as a base and then modify them for your needs. You can change the grouping, fields on the report, and filtering options for your needs.

Example:

Report GF2002 Item Sales History can be used to show the Sales Qty and $.  When you run the report, click on the Filter icon to set date filters. 

Report GF3008 Item Purchase History by Month will show the posted purchase history. These are receipts from Purchase Orders only - not from Item Journals.
