GoldFinch Permission Sets
Permission Set | Description |

GFERP Standard ERP Users | This permission set has read access to set up tables in GoldFinch Setup app, read/write access to ERP master tables and transaction tables, and read access to ERP ledger entry tables. |
GFERP ERP Setup | This permission set has full permission (read/update/delete) to ERP set up tables in GoldFinch Setup app. |
GFERP Extension App | This permission set allows users access to GoldFinch Extension app to perform data imports/exports, process EDI transactions, mobile apps, and other integrations. |
GFERP Standard Accounting Users | This permission set allows users access to GoldFinch Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Journal modules |
GFERP Advanced Accounting Users | This permission set allows users to access GL Budget, Bank Reconciliation, financial reporting and other advanced accounting features. |
GFERP and AS Integration | This permission set should be added to all users who have permissions to post in GoldFinch and Accounting Seed is installed as the financial application. |

For instances with QuickBooks Integration module installed, you do not need to assign additional permission sets because the configuration and execution are done by administrators. Administrators have permissions to all objects and fields by default.
For instances with Zenkraft installed, you do not need to assign additional permission sets because no additional objects or fields are created for the Zenkraft and GFERP integration.
