Customer Outstanding Statement Report

Overview

The GoldFinch Customer Outstanding Statement Report can be used to print all balance-due transactions for a customer account As of any date.

How to Print the Customer Outstanding Statement Report for a Customer Account

Navigate to the Account page. Click on the Customer Outstanding Statement button.

Update the Statement As of Date as needed.

Optional - Check By Sell-to instead of Bill-to, if you want to display the statement when the account was used as Sell-to.

How to Send a Customer Outstanding Statement Report via Email

To email a Customer Outstanding Statement report, an Electronic Document with the Name Customer Outstanding Statement must be set up.

Then, link the electronic document with the Account in the Electronic Document Setup related list.

Refer to Electronic Document Management for more setup information.

How to Run the Customer Outstanding Statement Report for Selected Customer Accounts

To print or mass email the Customer Outstanding Statement Report for selected customers, go to the Accounts list and select the customers. Then, click Customer Outstanding Statements.

Update the Statement As of Date as needed.

Optional - Check By Sell-to instead of Bill-to, if you want to display the statement when the account was used as Sell-to.

Review Accounts, Contacts (To Email addresses), CC, BCC, then click Email PDFs.

Contacts (To Email addresses) are the combination of the Billing Contact’s email and the To Email addresses that are set up for the Electronic Document.

GoldFinch will email the Customer Outstanding Statement to each customer and save the email as an activity if Save as Activity is checked for the Electronic Document.
