Common Questions when Processing EDI 945s

When trying to process 945s, you might receive these errors:

Error: “This record is processed already.”

If you want to process the 945 again, uncheck Processed field on the Import Shipment list.

Error: X945 EDI Generated is checked.

If you want to update Whse Shipment, uncheck 945 EDI Generated field on the Whse. Shipment list.

Error: If Whse Shipment has wrong warehouse.

Delete the Whse Shipment, then recreate it from the Sales Order. You will need to update the Shipment No. on the Import Shipment record before processing 945.
