Access Zendesk to View Organization Requests

To access the GoldFinch Support Portal, click this link:

Sign in to th Portal or Sign Up if you are new to the portal.

Click on your profile at the top right of the page then go to Requests.

Click on Organization Requests.

By default, users for a company are only allowed to see their own tickets. Ask GoldFinch Support Agents to change the setup so that users can view tickets for the entire organization and can enter comments directly on the portal.
