Access Zendesk to View Organization Requests

By default, new users for a company are only allowed to see their own tickets. You can change the setup so the company's users can view tickets for the entire organization. Furthermore, you can also allow them to enter comments directly from the portal.

To view organization requests, first sign in.

Click on your profile at the top right of the page and go to Requests.

Click on Organization Requests.
